What is the default store currency?
The default store currency is USD. Our website is designed to display your local currency, but we recommend double-checking this in the footer, bottom left. You can also select your preferred shopping currency. All payments are processed in USD.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns can be made for manufacturing defects. For apparel, as long as the item has not been worn and shows no signs of use, wear, or damage, it may be eligible for return.

Once an order is placed, it is immediately entered into processing and cannot be updated or canceled. This includes changes to the delivery address.
Orders
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order through your account page if you’ve set one up. In some cases, it may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Your order may have been canceled for various reasons. If your order or any part of it is canceled, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.

If the tracking number indicates delivery, check with family members or neighbors who might have picked it up. If the order is still not found, contact the shipping provider selected at checkout to help track it down. If they cannot locate the order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
