Returns & Refunds

RETURNS
Fishing Equipment Excl. terminal tackle & Sale Items.
You may be eligible to return fishing lure products in the case of manufacturing defects. All return requests must be initiated within 15 (fifteen) days of the delivery confirmation date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached in the original unopened packaging. 

Apparel

Apparel items may be eligible for return in the following cases:
- Incorrect size.
- Manufacturing defects.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please message customer service via the Contact Us page. 
Please include your order number in your message title. Include the reason for the return in the message body.

You will receive a support ticket via email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return form with further instructions. Once the required documentation has been received by us via email, we will determine the relevant course of action.
 
Once your return request has been processed and eligibility has been determined,  place the item securely in its original packaging with the completed return form, a copy of the purchase receipt, and the item eligible for return in its original packaging. Mail your return to the address provided.
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
 
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, if deemed eligible, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Duties & Taxes 

Duties and Taxes are non-refundable.

RETURN & REFUND EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Items that have suffered damage due to reasonable wear & tear or negligent use. Negligent use will be determined by BaitBaller International, LLC.
  • Garments & clothing that have been worn or are deemed to show signs of use or damage from negligent use. Negligent use will be determined by BaitBaller International, LLC.
  • Terminal tackle items.
  • Sale items.
GIFT CARDS
  • Gift Cards do not expire.
  • Gift cards are digital products and are available for use immediately after purchase. 
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and are not eligible for cash exchange. 
  • Gift Cards can be used over multiple purchases, and the remaining balance can be viewed in your user profile.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

RETURN EXPENSES

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated fees, unless BaitBaller determines that the item is defective due to a manufacturing fault. In the event of a verified manufacturing defect, BaitBaller will reimburse the original return shipping cost (economy rate, up to $20 USD or equivalent) or issue a prepaid return label, whichever method is mutually agreed upon and explicitly stated in the Return Ticket Document (RMA). Reimbursement will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
