Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on the weight, origin, and destination of each item in your order

  • Domestic delivery estimate: 2 to 7 business days
  • International delivery estimate: 7 to 21 business days

These are estimates only and do not include processing time. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak seasons.

Multiple Shipping Charges

  • Items fulfilled from our warehouse will ship together under one shipping rate per order.
  • Dropship items are shipped directly from our suppliers and may arrive in separate packages.
  • If your order includes both warehouse and dropship items, or multiple dropship items from different suppliers, you may be charged multiple shipping fees—one for each shipment.
  • All applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout

Taxes and Duties

  • USA Domestic: Sales tax is included at checkout.
  • International Orders: Taxes, import duties, and VAT are not included. These are the recipient’s responsibility upon delivery.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
  • Tracking may take 1–3 days to activate on the carrier’s website.
  • You can also view your order status in the “My Account” section.

Additional Information

  • Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot redirect orders once shipped.
  • Refused Deliveries: If a package is refused and returned, we’ll issue a 50% refund upon receipt.
    Pick-Up Option: Not available.
